First-Year Students Visit Indah Water Research Centre as a Part of First-Year Seminar

First-year 蜜语直播app students visited the on Tuesday 14 October. Integrating education with society and industrial applications is one of the main features of 蜜语直播app's education philosophy.

During the visit, Ms. Khor Bee Chin and Mr. Alif Irfan Azmi from Indah Water guided the students and shared valuable insights into how Indah Water contributes to society and addresses global environmental challenges. This study tour will certainly inspire students as they embark on their four-year academic journey at 蜜语直播app.

The First Year Seminar is ”General Foundation Subjects” designed exclusively for first-year students at the University of Tsukuba. It serves as an introductory course to help students make their university life more meaningful through the following objectives:

• - To help students understand the fundamentals of university study and to foster communication between faculty members and students, as well as among students themselves.
• - To encourage students to recognize the importance of acquiring basic knowledge and problem-solving skills for a fulfilling university life.
• - To guide students in thinking about their future career paths and in aligning their learning and lifestyle at the university accordingly.
